JRM employs an experienced team of staff who have experience of saloon, GT and single-seater racing, plus rallying up to WRC level. These include:

• Engineers specialising in: engines, transmission, suspension, fabrication, ECU mapping, electronics and aerodynamics.
• Team coordinators and admin staff dealing with events, logistics and project planning.
• Sales team - customer-facing, responsible for the sales and marketing of cars and parts.
• JRM also offer services for PR, marketing, driver development, testing and corporate hospitality.
