JRM offers much more than a sub-contractor manufacturing facility. It tenders a complete service, with the latest CAD/CAM software that shortens the time from design to manufacture and from rapid prototyping, through to high volume production and delivery of full CMM inspected and traceable finished components.
A wide range of milling technologies are employed, using CNC machining centers working to exacting tolerances - whilst precision turning for high specification jobs is provided by the advanced technology of a HAAS SL30 Turning Centre.
The company’s CNC and multi-axis machining facilities provide capacity for producing complex components in a wide range of materials, including aluminium, stainless steel, plastics and special alloys. These capabilities allow for small, medium and long runs to be produced efficiently and economically, whatever the size of the batch.
All equipment is operated by an experienced team of specialist engineers, supported by rigorous quality control.
